Technical workshop on improving the quality of reporting on designated areas
Hands-on workshop for experts contributing to the CDDA priority data flow.
We are inviting EEA member countries, cooperating countries and organisations to discuss the future of the data flow.
The workshop agenda will be issued shortly. Issues will include:
Future development of the CDDA data flow: outcome of the expert review process; CDDA reporting format; change to next reporting deadline (15 March 2009); CDDA and Natura 2000; CDDA and SEIS; CDDA and World Database on Protected Areas (WDPA).
Quality checks and feedback on national deliveries: experts are encouraged to ask for clarification about the feedback provided on their data and to report on how they are progressing with implementing the required information in their national system in order to be ready for the next reporting round.
Participants nominated by national focal points have been registered.
Several countries intend to send additional experts. Names will be added to the list of attendees after Easter.
