In the context of the infrastructure, rules and tools for data sharing in the Shared Information Environmental System, the project will contribute to the implementation of the Inspire Directive through the development of the Inspire technical specifications on meta-data and data specifications for the data theme 'Environmental monitoring facilities' (EMF) and more specifically for the air, water, waste and biodiversity thematic areas. These specifications will be used as input for the development of the Inspire implementing rules. In addition the project will prototype and promote Inspire network services.

The total price is estimated at EUR 180 000–EUR 212 000 all inclusive (i.e. service, training, warranty). Bids quoting a total price higher than EUR 212 000 all inclusive (i.e. service, training, warranty) will not be taken into consideration. Estimated value excluding VAT:
Range: between EUR 180 000 and EUR 212 000.
