Released on 2002-01-18... the new CIRCA 2.5 comes with may goodies. A most useful one is the built-in email address for every Interest Group. It can be used like any email list that are so popular on Internet. It is all very simple. Read in our "Frequently Asked Questions", how it works.
If you are interested in email lists that work across many Interest Groups, you should consider using CIRCA's role-based mailing lists. Ask helpdesk@eionet.eu.int how those can be used.
