Due to circumstances at work or home, an attendee may need to cancel his or her participation for a class. This can be done at any time by email or phone call to the organiser.
We understand this, but noshows are not appreciated.
Because of high demand on classes, the organiser may ask some people to give space to others. Especially EEA staff members may have an opportunity to take a course at a later time. Also if there are several people from one organisation, it may be necessary to scale such participation down in favour of spreading the word as wide as possible.
Because of lack of interest or slow registrations, a class may be cancelled. A cancellation message will usually be sent 10 days in advance. Please do not make any non-refundable travel arrangements before you get a confirmation message, or if you have to, do contact the organiser first.
A confirmation and reminder message is normally sent by the organiser 10 days in advance.
If you can not register because a class is already full, it is appreciated if you send a distress message to the organiser. Our system does not currently handle waiting lists, but if a seat opens, you will be invited by the organiser. In some cases, the organiser may also be able to do special arrangements to accommodate you, or schedule a new class sooner than planned.
