Article 17 Reporting – Assessments of conservation status at the EU biogeographical level. Public consultation - ETC/BD Technical paper N°3/2014

A public consultation on the EU assessments of habitats and species reported under Article 17 of the Habitats Directive for the period 2007-12 was held during June and July 2014. This guide briefly explains the methods used to produce EU assessments from the Member State reports and describes how to use the Article 17 webtool to make comments.
