Guidelines: Test EEA-BTR Export tool (Projections) v2024

This is a guidelines document on how the use the EEA Reportnet 3 export tool to get the latest Governance Regulation data into the bulk import format required to copy information into the BTR tool simply. This tool is a test version, owing to outstanding issues of the import functionality of the BTR tool. Please note this tool only exports projections data. The inventory data must be compiled by the reporter directly in the BTR tool.
