2022 Webinar on the socio-economic impacts of greenhouse gas policies and measures

Date: 27 October 2022

The current high energy prices underscore again the importance of a just transition. Even more so now than in the past, it is crucial to evaluate what the socio-economic impact of policies and measures has been or will be. That means assessing changes in job growth, energy poverty, distributional effects, or welfare by improved health. The webinar presented good practices of policies and measures that address both climate change mitigation and energy burden and case studies on vulnerability indicators to assess policies and measures.
